LoLo is on a mission to keep the local vibe alive.
Clark Harris, Co-Founder
Clark is an artist at heart and his vision has helped grow the LoLo Gifts program from a simple idea to a scaling business in just over 2 years. Clark also is a certified Deep-water-tech diver as well as a private pilot and knows how to stay cool under pressure. Clark is a native of Wilson, NC, but it could be argued his true home is in the woods or on the banks of a river with a fly rod. He also spent 100 days in silence on a fundraising campaign in honor of his late mother to "Silence Cancer".
Matthew Simpson, Co-Founder
With more than 20 years of executive experience in technology, Matthew has seen the convergence of software and marketing firsthand. He has been involved as founder or consultant on multiple SaaS (software-as-a-service) products. Most notably, he helped build the product and sales organization at MemberClicks, which sold in a highly successful exit in 2017. Matthew has built true expertise in sales and business development. He is a native of Nashville, TN and played on the 1990’s ACC Champion Wake Forest Men’s Basketball team. He's the father of two and often loses a game of chess to his 6 year old son.
gifts and Marketing Director
Ellie has over 10 years of marketing, event planning and hospitality management experience with independent local businesses. In addition, she is a certified English language teacher and taught English in southern Spain for 2 years. She is a native of Winston-Salem, NC. Outside of work Ellie enjoys Bhangra dancing, cooking for friends and traveling abroad (she’s visited 27 countries).
Jordan is an Asheville native, which means he spends most of his free time outdoors. Though he has lived in a number of other places, he was drawn back to the spirit of Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. He strongly believes in the mission of LoLo to Keep the Local Vibe Alive; it's the heart and soul of a community. Jordan is a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys archery, throwing axes and leather working.
Steve is a native of Miami, FL and moved to Atlanta in the 80s where he owned his own hardwood flooring business for 18 years which began his career in sales. With his recent move to Franklin, NC, Steve has re-learned how to love life without Atlanta traffic. He begged Clark to hire him when he learned about LoLo and he loves helping local businesses. He enjoys walking his Alaskan Husky in downtown Franklin and going fishing, but as he says, "you need more than a shrimp up here to fish up here."
